Since I was a young girl, I wanted to lead a life of exploring new places, learning all that I could, and helping others. So far, my 24-year journey has been nothing short of successful. As I begin to tackle the professional world I can look back at this and see excitement, involvement, acheivements, and great time management or what some might refer to as little rest! I am confident that these characteristics and more will lead me to continued success.
Born in Southern New Jersey, I was surrounded by the lights and glamour of the Atlantic City Casinos and Boardwalk, the pride of Philadelphia, and enjoyed my proximity to grand places, an exciting part of living in the Northeast. Looking back, I can see my appreciation and respect for service industries, along with my love of writing and creativity, fostered my interest in communications and the public relations field.
Florida beaches were calling my name for the college years. I attended the University of South Florida in Tampa (Go Bulls!) It was at USF that I cultivated my enthusiasm around campus and beyond. In the classroom I learned the technical skills of public relations; involvement in student organizations and professional societies gave me practical experience and an advantageous network; and my extensive community outreach revealed my passion for helping others and an appreciation for the power of PR in everything!
My enthusiasm, drive, and fresh outlook on all aspects of the industry make me a great professional. I appreciate creativity, kindness, education, and respect and look forward to joining a company or cause that will challenge and ignite my passions!
